Robert’s intellectual property practice focuses on U.S. and foreign trademark clearance and prosecution, copyright and patent prosecution, as well as intellectual property litigation. He represents public and private companies internationally in managing and enforcing their intellectual property portfolios, including for a multitude of internationally recognized consumer brands for sports trading card, real estate, sports apparel, children’s apparel, and biomedical product industry clients.
With regard to intellectual property enforcement, Robert assists clients with trademark infringement and unfair competition cease-and-desist matters, and intellectual property litigation. He also regularly handles trademark opposition, cancellation, and ex parte appeal proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
