For more than three decades, Bob worked closely with clients who were involved with the development of major infrastructure projects, with particular focus on fiber optic and wireless networks. Clients depended on Bob to create optimal strategies for the construction, acquisition, sale, sale-leaseback and restructuring of their projects and to navigate the complexities involved with massive projects that cross multiple jurisdictional boundaries. When disputes arose, he led litigation teams to successful results in numerous federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Bob’s clients included electric utilities, construction firms, real estate developers and REITs, and others.
