Ryan is an associate in the firm’s Construction practice, representing and counseling owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout the construction project lifecycle. He advises clients in both disputes and transactions for large-scale construction projects including on commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and highway infrastructure projects.

Before joining the firm, Ryan graduated cum laude from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, served as a staff writer and associate editor for the Villanova Law Review, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, district judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in political science.
