Overview

Samir represents insurers and reinsurers in complex business and commercial litigation including, coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, facultative and treaty reinsurance disputes, and related arbitrations.

Samir maintains an active pro bono immigration practice, including asylum, U visa, and removal defense matters. He serves as an associate board member of the Chicago Committee for Minorities in Large Law Firms and Just the Beginning: A Pipeline Organization, supporting mentoring and pipeline initiatives for high school, college, and law students.
