Overview

Sandy has been with the firm since 1985 and oversees the CIO Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO is committed to aligning information technology projects with the firm’s strategic objectives by managing project standards and best practices.

The PMO manages projects that serve the firm’s clients, attorneys, and back-office operations to ensure a stable and reliable firm infrastructure. Initiatives led by the PMO frequently involve close collaboration across multiple practice groups and departments to address specific business needs. These initiatives range from developing new software solutions for the Intellectual Property Practice Group and litigation docketing team to tackling firmwide requirements such as implementing a unified desktop, migrating to the cloud, or upgrading accounting systems. The PMO also collaborates closely with the firm’s facilities and regional office administrators on construction projects for IT infrastructure.
