Sarah C. Lyda

Sarah is a multifamily paralegal in the Richmond office, supporting the firm’s Multifamily Housing group throughout the full lifecycle of multifamily transactions, from application through closing and delivery. She works closely with attorneys to manage due diligence, facilitate communication among deal participants, and help ensure an efficient and organized closing process.

In addition to her closing work, Sarah plays an active role in post-funding resolution, where she coordinates with clients, agency lenders, internal teams, title companies, and other transaction parties to resolve delivery issues and improve loan delivery outcomes. Her experience on the post-closing sides allows her to help bridge the gap between initial closing and final loan delivery.
