Overview

Sarah focuses her practice on corporate workouts and restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. She frequently assists creditors, banks, and other institutional lender clients in connection with in-court and out-of-court matters, including Chapter 11 bankruptcies, Article 9 sales, and distressed refinancing situations. Sarah is adept at drafting debtor-in-possession financing and cash collateral orders, first-day motions, notices of default, and other litigation and transactional documents. Additionally, she collaborates with banking and litigation practice group members to document revolving credit facilities, exit facilities, and secured party sales.
