  • Represented the world’s largest electric utility holding company in the $551,500,000 auction sale of a portfolio of over 200 distributed generation operating, in construction, and development solar and storage projects across 25 states totaling approximately 769 MW.
  • Represented an independent power producer in the acquisition of a solar development pipeline, a portfolio of early-stage development projects, and an in-construction solar development project, including the related coordination of full team diligence processes and placement of representation and warranty insurance.
  • Represented a renewable energy development company in the acquisition of a 150 MW solar project in Pulaski County, Virginia from a leading developer, owner, and operator of renewable power projects and storage solutions.
  • Represented a solar and wind development company in acquiring a 120 MWac utility-scale solar project in Texas.
  • Advised a renewable energy development company in its acquisition of Lunenburg County, Virginia’s first approved solar farm, a 130 MW solar facility.

  • Represented a large investor-owned utility in the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements for a joint bid for the New Humboldt 500 kV Substation with a 500/115 kV transformer, and 500 kV line to Collinsville Project, and the New Humboldt to Fern Road 500 kV Transmission Line Project, and negotiated the terms of our client’s potential future investment in each developed project.
