Sasha represents clients in the financing, development, and acquisition of energy projects, with an emphasis on the renewable energy sector. She has led developers, tax equity investors, and utility affiliates through the drafting, negotiation, and funding processes on an array of complex commercial transactions, including tax equity financing (involving partnership flip, sale leaseback, joint venture, and inverted lease structures), debt financing (including construction, tax equity bridge, term and back leverage loans), as well as asset purchase and sale transactions.

Sasha focuses her practice primarily on solar, wind, and battery storage resources. She also has represented clients in drafting and negotiating revenue contracts, such as wholesale and retail power purchase agreements and virtual power purchase agreements (i.e., contracts for differences), REC purchase and sale agreements, and energy supply agreements.

Sasha was a 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder and is the Energy practice’s inclusion partner.
