Shannon has been a member of the Intellectual Property Practice since 2020. With more than 15 years of intellectual property experience, she assists with all phases of domestic and foreign prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.

Shannon analyzes and prepares responses to official communications issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign jurisdictions worldwide, prepares and files assignments and security interests, and performs trademark clearance searching and trademark monitoring. She has extensive knowledge of the laws and rules of trademark filing and maintenance requirements of the U.S., World Intellectual Property Office, Brazil, Canada, China, European Union, Japan, Mexico, and the UK.
