Shannon’s clients span various industries, including energy, infrastructure, retail, and technology.

• Assisted in the representation of Pine Gate Renewables, a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the U.S., in its acquisition of a 450 MWdc solar project portfolio from Redeux Energy.
• Assisted in the representation of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of the Pride retail chain of stores.
• Assisted in the representation of WM in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Avangard Innovative’s U.S. Business.
• Led the representation of Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Albemarle Oil Company, a North Carolina-based convenience store and retail fuel business.
