Overview

Shari is counsel in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice. She represents clients in state and federal litigation arising from claims alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Shari also works with clients to ensure their compliance with relevant state and federal statutes and regulatory bodies.

Prior to joining the firm, Shari served as vice president and legal counsel at Aurora Loan Services LLC, a Lehman Brother’s mortgage subsidiary. Shari was responsible for managing the company’s consumer lending litigation and collaborated with senior management to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
