She brings litigation experience spanning business, insurance, and intellectual property matters across state, federal, appellate, and International Trade Commission proceedings. Shelby has applied that foundation to her growing work in insurance regulatory and transactional matters, including risk purchasing group renewals and agency and agent officer change filings.
