Representative Matters

Stacy is a member of the Real Estate practice. Her practice includes representing parties in the purchase, development, and leasing of land and buildings. Stacy handles properties in free-standing parcels and in shopping center developments. She handles all aspects of due diligence, including title and survey review, and works with clients to ensure that they are able to obtain all permits and entitlements necessary to develop their property. Stacy works closely with her clients to help them achieve their desired outcome in the most efficient manner available.

  • Representation of privately held company in purchase and acquisition and/or ground leasing of land for development of new retail restaurant locations throughout the U.S.
  • Representation of privately held company in all leasing for a medical office building.
  • Representation of various REITs in leasing and third-party agreements for commercial office buildings in the Southeast.
  • Representation of privately held development company in negotiation of various leases with big box retailers including grocery and national sporting goods chains.
  • Representation of privately held company in acquisition of various Class-A office buildings, including review of investment vehicles and financing documents.
  • Representation of German-based company in purchase of industrial warehouse, including negotiation of new leases with existing tenants.
  • Representation of international hotel conglomerate in sale of company-owned hotel.
