Stephanie Bacon

Stephanie has nearly two decades of experience working on all phases of complex multidistrict litigation, government investigations, and state and federal court proceedings, particularly those involving pharmaceutical and medical device products liability claims.

Stephanie also conducts analysis of structured datasets using custom case management systems, with specific emphasis on litigation activity tracking, the valuation of adverse parties’ claims, and the administration of mass settlements.

Stephanie performs quality control reviews of document review sets and provides feedback and additional training as needed to avoid the inadvertent production of privileged or nonresponsive documents as well as to ensure that responsive documents are properly coded and produced. She conducts targeted searches to help identify key documents, inconsistencies in the review or nonresponsive categories of documents that can be excluded from the review process. Stephanie also has significant experience with privilege review, privacy issues, and witness preparation.
