Stephanie R. Williams

Stephanie has been with the firm’s Multifamily Housing Finance Group for more than 10 years. Stephanie performs initial title review and analysis of title commitments and surveys in connection with the financing of loan transactions sold to secondary market investors – primarily Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In addition, she coordinates and negotiates with title agents and surveyors regarding required revisions, as she follows necessary procedures for monitoring and finalizing clean title policies and surveys through the loan closing and securitization process.
