Stephen represents developers in structuring joint ventures with institutional equity investors and private wealth investing in real estate and diversification strategies. He has transactional experience involving all types of income-producing properties. Stephen also represents sports franchises in facility leasing and development, as well as related naming and concession rights.
Stephen’s real estate experience includes representing landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing and large retail users in developing retail facilities. He assists owners and telecommunications companies in connection with rooftop and raceway facilities. Stephen also assists clients in developing large, single-family planned communities and resort properties, with associated golf and recreational amenities. This includes experience organizing developer-owned and member-owned clubs, mixed-use/urban developments, condominium office and mixed-use development, hotels, office buildings, multifamily projects, and parking facilities.
Stephen represents and serves as general counsel to governmental authorities in public-private partnerships, local government corporations, and in other real estate development matters.
