Stephen focuses his practice on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on matters of Delaware corporate/commercial law. He brings hands-on experience advising clients on complex disputes litigated in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other jurisdictions, and has counseled out-of-state clients on the nuances of Delaware law.
Before joining the firm, Stephen worked in private practice as a corporate/commercial litigator and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Magistrates Wright and Gibbs at the Delaware Court of Chancery. During law school, Stephen served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrates Molina and Mitchell of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
