Overview

Stephen has more than a decade of experience working on all phases of complex multidistrict litigation, government investigations, and state and federal court proceedings, particularly those involving pharmaceutical and medical device products liability claims.

In this role, Stephen works to maximize the efficiency and value of legal services delivered. He works directly with clients, case teams and vendors to streamline the collection, review, and production of materials in response to discovery requests. In addition, he develops and executes targeted search strategies to rapidly identify key documents needed for motion practice and witness preparation.

Stephen also conducts analysis of structured datasets and the development of custom case management systems, with specific emphasis on litigation activity tracking, analysis of adverse parties’ discovery submissions, the valuation of adverse parties’ claims, and the administration of mass settlements.

Stephen works closely with the firm’s technology professionals to provide reporting on the most critical data points for each client’s specific needs. He has vast experience with the industry’s leading e-discovery platforms and has effectively trained teams of attorneys and client representatives in their best use.
