Susan is an immigration attorney counseling individual and corporate clients across all areas of immigration law, including employment-based and family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, and Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance. On the corporate side, Susan develops compliance policies, conducts Form I-9 audits, and represents clients in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigations — from responding to Notices of Inspection to negotiating sanctions with ICE officers. She has broad experience counseling employers on temporary work visa sponsorship, as well as PERM labor certifications and green card petitions for managers, executives, specialists, and extraordinary ability personnel.
