Tamar Thomassian

Tamar is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She concentrates her practice in commercial transactions, which include retail, restaurant, industrial, ground, and office leasing. She represents owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate transactions for various spaces.

Tamar has drafted and negotiated deals and transactions for various real estate developers, national banking associations, tenants, and large-scale landlords in matters including ground, retail, restaurant, office and industrial leasing, subleases, lease assignments, and letters of credit related to such leases. She has also prepared and negotiated easement agreements, indemnity agreements, nondisturbance and attornment agreements, and purchase and sale agreements, including due diligence, property management agreements, broker representation, listing and commission agreements, and electric vehicle charging station license agreements.
