Taneska focuses her practice on financial services litigation, representing national banks, trustees, and mortgage servicing firms in state and federal courts. She defends clients against various consumer protection claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, among other state and federal statutes. Taneska strives to provide cost-effective representation to clients by obtaining dispositive motions and securing resolutions in their favor early in litigation.

Taneska also has significant employment law experience, including representing employers and management in high-stakes litigation and arbitration. She handles matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act. Taneska also counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employee handbook policies and workplace investigations.
