Overview

Tom brings years of legal counseling experience in all phases of complex multidistrict litigation, government investigations, and state and federal court proceedings, particularly those involving pharmaceutical and medical device products liability claims. He focuses one area of his practice on preparing senior company employees for depositions and proffer interviews relating to DOJ investigations into alleged antitrust violations.
