John guides clients through various stages of federal and state litigation and advises on a broad range of issues related to compliance and government investigations. He has experience across a variety of industries, including live entertainment, semiconductors, finance, and pharmaceuticals, and has defended claims brought by both private plaintiffs and government agencies.

Committed to pro bono service, John has worked on clemency petitions, civil protection orders, amicus briefs addressing Batson challenges and Brady violations, and certiorari petitions before the U.S. Supreme Court.
