He represents clients before various U.S. governmental agencies, including the CFIUS, DOJ, OEE of DOC, and SEC. Tim also has extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation, serving as lead counsel in more than 70 cases, including ITC Section 337 investigations.

Tim helps clients navigate complex legal landscapes, particularly when entering, expanding, and sustaining their businesses in the U.S. His technical background as a physicist enhances his understanding of diverse technologies, from telecommunications and nanotechnologies to medical devices and green energy technologies.

  • Acting as lead managing counsel for more than 60 significant multiparty, multivenue, and multipatent litigations, as well as commercial litigations since 2004.
  • Acting as a principal outside worldwide patent counsel for several world-class research institutions by drafting, architecting, and managing portfolios each with hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents and patent applications since 2002, where the related technologies are cutting-edge, complicated, and multidiscipline in nature.
