Tina represents health care clients, including health plans and health care insurers, in complex business litigation matters. She is particularly experienced in handling managed care disputes from inception through trial.
Tina is an associate in the firm's Consumer Financial Services practice. Her practice includes representation of health care providers and managed care plans in a broad spectrum of civil litigation.
Tina is also experienced in providing compliance guidance to providers and health plans on a broad range of state and federal laws and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid overpayment, the corporate practice of medicine and privacy laws, including the Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Confidentiality in Medicine Information Act (CMIA).
