Tini practices in finance, real estate, and banking law. She represents financial institutions, opportunity funds, and real estate investors, developers, and users in connection with transactions involving improved and unimproved commercial real property. Tini’s work includes structuring, documenting, and negotiating the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real property. For 25 years she has served as primary outside counsel for numerous financial institutions across the U.S., with vast experience in loan workouts and restructurings, mezzanine, syndicated, term, and construction loans. Tini is also a certified public accountant.

Tini represents numerous money centers, real estate companies, and financial institutions in secured commercial real estate lending activities, as well as commercial lenders and private equity providers in financing for real estate acquisitions and construction loans. Her understanding of financing from both the lender and borrower perspectives enables her to find practical solutions to issues.

  • Represents opportunity funds, real estate investors, developers, and users in structuring, documenting, and negotiating the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and ownership of a wide range of improved and unimproved real property.
  • Represents national banking associations in connection with the acquisition, development, construction, syndicated and mezzanine financing, restructuring and workout activities in Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and other states.
  • Represents national money centers and regional financial institutions in secured commercial real estate lending activities, work outs, and restructures.
  • Represents landlords and tenants with respect to office, retail, and industrial leasing and subleasing.
  • Represents a national home builder in land acquisition and development activities.
  • Represents a project developer on various aspects of development, construction, and financing of wind farm developments.
