Tori Lynn Remington

Tori is an associate in the firm’s Finance and Bankruptcy + Restructuring practice groups. She represents debtors and debtors in possession, official committees of unsecured creditors, trade creditors, landlords, liquidating trustees, preference defendants, and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy and restructuring matters across various jurisdictions and industries, including airline, manufacturing, and health care. Tori also has filed Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 cases and represented assignees in several Delaware ABCs.

Before joining the firm in 2023, Tori was a bankruptcy associate at another prominent Wilmington firm.
