Overview

Tracy is a paralegal in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice. She provides assistance with title matters, lender liability actions, real property financing disputes, foreclosures, and other commercial disputes. Tracy is both a North Carolina Certified Paralegal and a National Association of Legal Assistants Advanced Certified Paralegal in discovery. She has more than 26 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, and 18 of those years are with the firm. Tracy has assisted with several trials and has prior experience with large, complex discovery issues, including electronic discovery.

Tracy chaired the 2011-2012 scholarship committee for the North Carolina Bar Association Paralegal Division, in which she led the implementation and revision of the Criteria for Paralegal Division Membership Scholarship Applicant; reviewed candidate applications, and lead in selecting the 2011 scholarship winner. In January 2006, she was a speaker at a seminar sponsored by the Institute for Paralegal Education on Litigation Case Management: Best Practices for Paralegals, in which she spoke on document control and litigation support.
