Travis performs quality control reviews of document review sets and provides feedback and additional training as needed to avoid the inadvertent production of privileged or nonresponsive documents as well as to ensure that responsive documents are properly coded and produced. Travis uses his knowledge of the facts and documents to assist case teams throughout the life cycle of the case, including preparing privilege logs, chronologies and deposition preparation materials. Travis also conducts targeted searches to help identify key documents, inconsistencies in the review or nonresponsive categories of documents that can be excluded from the review process.

  • Performed initial and quality control review of documents for responsiveness, privilege, and privacy redactions for clients in construction, manufacturing, regulatory, and antitrust matters.
  • Trained databases using Technology Assisted Review (TAR) in order to allow documents to be prioritized for issue review.
