Víctor provides his clients with thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented representation on critical matters in the infrastructure space.
Víctor is an associate in the firm's Energy and Telecommunications practice groups. He represents clients on a variety of corporate, regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters in the communications and electric utility infrastructure industries.
While attending Vanderbilt Law School, Víctor was a Dean's Scholar and served as president of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Council. In his pro bono practice, Víctor dedicates his time to represent clients in asylum and other immigrations matters.
