Victoria focuses her practice on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, at-the-market offerings, registered direct offerings, and private placements. She represents domestic and foreign private issuers, institutional investors, underwriters, placement agents, and sales agents in public and private securities transactions across the full deal lifecycle — from launch through closing — including negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of closing deliverables, and compliance with securities exchange requirements.

Victoria also advises Nasdaq- and NYSE-listed companies on corporate governance matters, SEC reporting and compliance, stock exchange listing and compliance, and other issues arising under U.S. securities laws. She serves clients across a range of industries, including life sciences, health and wellness, technology, and campaign services.
