William is a real estate solicitor with extensive City-leading experience on investment, development, funding, and asset management across all real estate sectors.

William has successfully led the acquisition, development, and funding of a wide variety of substantial transactions throughout his career, together with managing assets for major pension funds, investors, and funders. He is widely renowned for negotiating and structuring complex corporate acquisition deals and real estate funding transactions.

William has played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions, including the acquisition and asset management of data centres, leisure and hospitality/hotel portfolios, substantial retail centres, and industrial/logistics developments. His experience also includes assisting private equity funds on intricate funding mechanisms and sale and leaseback structures.

William has experience in risk management, providing strategic real estate advice to investment boards, and maintaining robust relationships with investors, developers, and other stakeholders.

Before joining the firm, William worked in-house for a UK real estate fund and was a partner in the real estate practice groups of several City firms.
