Wogai Mohmand

Wogai’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and entertainment disputes. Recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch honoree in Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Intellectual Property, Wogai has handled a broad range of matters, including contract disputes, royalty disputes, intellectual property infringement, and financial crimes.

Before joining the firm, Wogai worked at prominent Los Angeles litigation boutiques and large firms, where she represented clients in the entertainment, energy, retail, and professional sports industries. Her courtroom experience includes a six-week jury trial involving financial crimes and misappropriation of funds, a one-week bench trial resulting in the shutdown of a major contaminant to a freshwater source, and a three-week jury trial resulting in a $133 million verdict for her client. She has taken and defended depositions, briefed and argued dispositive motions, and handled all phases of discovery and trial in both state and federal court.

Outside her daily practice, Wogai co-founded ANAR (Afghan Network for Advocacy and Resources), a legal services organization that has helped more than 10,000 Afghans following the U.S. troop withdrawal.
