Wogai’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and entertainment disputes. Recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch honoree in Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Intellectual Property, Wogai has handled a broad range of matters, including contract disputes, alleged financial crimes, IP matters, employment issues, and consumer class actions.
Before joining the firm, Wogai worked at prominent Los Angeles litigation boutiques and large firms, where she represented clients in the entertainment, energy, retail, and professional sports industries. Her courtroom experience includes a six-week jury trial involving financial crimes and misappropriation of funds. She has taken and defended depositions, briefed and argued dispositive motions, and handled all phases of discovery in both state and federal court.
Outside her daily practice, Wogai co-founded the ANAR (Afghan Network for Advocacy and Resources), a legal services organization that has helped more than 10,000 Afghans following the U.S. troop withdrawal.
