Zach focuses on commercial real estate finance, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and development transactions. He brings a decade of experience representing institutional lenders, borrowers, and real estate investors across a variety of complex matters.
Zach’s practice spans construction lending, bridge financing, permanent debt, and mezzanine transactions, as well as joint ventures, development matters, and real estate acquisitions and sales. He represents clients in large-scale projects across asset classes, often involving sophisticated capital structures.
Before joining the firm, Zach spent three years as associate general counsel at a large national multifamily owner and developer. There, he worked on a broad range of matters, including joint ventures with institutional equity partners, real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and property- and portfolio-level agreements, developing a practical, business-oriented approach to structuring and documenting transactions. He began his career at leading law firms, representing lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers in complex real estate financings and development deals.
