Zach is an associate in the firm's Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael F. Urbanski in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He was also a summer associate in the firm's Richmond office.
Zach earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the editorial board for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He was also president of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Society and secretary of the Virginia Employment Law Society.
Prior to attending law school, Zach graduated summa cum laude from Radford University with a bachelor's degree in economics and political science.
