Areas of Focus:
Zach is an associate in the firm's White Collar + Government Investigations practice. He focuses his practice on corporate and individual clients facing investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, internal investigations, and providing clients with compliance and regulatory guidance.
Zach also maintains an active practice representing corporate clients accused of False Claims Act violations. He is involved in all aspects of trial and motions practice, factual investigations, document review and production, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
In his pro bono practice, Zach represents clients in all phases of litigation in "tangled title" home ownership cases, including at trial where he has cross-examined witnesses, and works with military veterans seeking discharge upgrades.
Zach graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he was a student works editor of the Villanova Law Review.
