We advise borrowers such as developers, property owners and managers, investors, mortgage originators and servicers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and other investment funds.

Our attorneys handle all aspects of financing transactions, including intercreditor and subordination agreements, construction lending contracts, mortgage securitization issues, repurchase agreements, custody agreements, non-consolidation opinions, environmental issues, and tax credits. Additionally, we are skilled at identifying and solving the problems that may occur in various stages of land development, including land assemblage and title issues, entitlements and permitting, planning and design, off-site matters, bonding, and converting to construction financing or a sale.
