Troutman Pepper Locke Advises Elemental on $290 Million Portfolio Acquisition, Credit Facility Increase, and Generation Business Sale

Washington, D.C. – Troutman Pepper Locke advised Elemental Royalty Corporation (Elemental) on a number of transactions, including securing a commitment from the National Bank of Canada to increase its revolving credit facility to $250 million, supporting Elemental’s $290 million acquisition of a stream and royalty portfolio from funds managed by Orion Mine Finance Management, LP, and negotiating a non-binding term sheet under which Elemental will sell its generation business, including wholly owned exploration projects, to Carlin East, Inc. For more information, see the press release.
