Troutman Pepper Locke hydropower attorneys Charles R. “Chuck” Sensiba, Dustin Till, and Sahara Shrestha will be speaking at the National Hydropower Association’s (NHA) California Regional Meeting. The conference takes place from June 24, 2026, through June 26, 2026, in San Diego, CA.

Chuck Sensiba will be moderating “Session 8: Hydro Regulatory Hot Topics and How California Could Be Affected” from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Sahara Shrestha and Dustin Till will be presenting on the same panel. Sahara will be presenting “Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Notice of Inquiry Regarding Non-Capacity Amendments” and Dustin will be presenting “Clean Water Act Section 401 Rule.”
