The program will take place on Wednesday, December 2, from 4:15–5:30 p.m. PT.
The session will examine how professional “standard of care” obligations, once limited to architects and engineers, are increasingly being applied to Construction Managers and General Contractors. It will explore the impact of these evolving contractual provisions on project contracting and delivery, performance evaluation, and the resolution of claims and disputes before, during, and after project execution.
