City & State Pennsylvania Names Troutman Pepper’s Nina Gussack to 2022 Impact 50 List

PHILADELPHIA – Troutman Pepper Senior Counsel Nina M. Gussack has been recognized among The 2022 Impact 50, a list by City & State Pennsylvania of Pennsylvanians who have dedicated their careers and lives to making the commonwealth a better, safer place to live. The recognized leaders “exemplify the optimism and idealism that are so desperately needed to help the state and its citizens persevere through challenges like the pandemic, community crises, and political factionalism.”

A nationally recognized leader of the pharmaceutical and medical device defense bar, Gussack is sought after for her ability to find effective strategies to resolve the hardest and most complex of cases. Her trial practice is concentrated in civil litigation, with a primary emphasis in the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device companies regarding marketed products, investigational new drugs, medical devices, and over-the-counter drug products.
