Agustin and Nick will also examine state vapor product/nicotine pouch directory requirements, including the current status of litigation challenging those frameworks. Rounding out the discussion, the panel will address FDA’s recent enforcement discretion policy applicable to nicotine pouches and some types of vapor products, and what it means for manufacturers, retailers, and other stakeholders navigating the evolving regulatory environment.
