Michael Lowe, a partner with Troutman Pepper, is quoted in the Legal Intelligencer article, “In Uncertain Hiring Environment, Pa. Lateral Candidates Play the Long Game.”

Longtime Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal prosecutor Michael Lowe’s recent move to Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders is representative of the current environment, in which attorneys are prudent in choosing career transitions and law firms are focused on core practice areas.

“Out of all the places to work, this had a lot of the things I was looking for,” Lowe said in an interview last week. “It had the approach that they’re not just looking to deliver client value. They want to make sure they have the attorneys who are ready, willing and able to take a case to trial.”
