As we approach our second anniversary as a combined firm, we are proud to share information about some recent efforts to offer support and connect with our clients, colleagues, and broader communities.
We launched our inaugural Week of Service initiative May 23-27, which celebrated our commitment to community service and outreach. More than 650 volunteers across our offices supported close to 50 organizations with various hands-on service projects.
Additionally, the firm participated in this year’s Well-being Week in Law from May 2 to May 6. Throughout the week, we highlighted various tools, resources, and information offered by the firm to help our colleagues and their loved ones live a balanced life.
While we continue to grow and adjust as the firm and our environment evolve, we are grateful to have been able to connect with many of you in person over the past few months and look forward to more of these opportunities in the future.

Troutman Pepper welcomed over 400 associates to the first Associates Retreat as a combined firm in Phoenix, Arizona this past May.
