Chris Brolley will speak at the Eastern District Conference hosted by the Eastern District of California District & Bankruptcy Court on Sunday, October 4, during a panel discussion titled “NIL After House v. NCAA: Where Are We Now?” This year’s conference, themed “Courtroom to Courtside,” will bring together attorneys and federal judges for a weekend of professional development, networking, and collaboration in California.

The program will feature general sessions on timely legal issues relevant to practitioners across disciplines, along with specialized breakout sessions for civil, criminal, and bankruptcy attorneys. Attendees will hear from judges and practitioners on current legal issues, litigation trends, and topics of historical importance to the Eastern District of California, while also participating in networking opportunities designed to foster collegiality among the bench and bar. Attendees may earn 6-8 MCLE credit hours.
