Real Estate Partner Kate Pennartz Joins Troutman Pepper Locke in Dallas Office

DALLAS – Troutman Pepper Locke has added Kate Pennartz as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, further strengthening the firm’s nationally recognized real estate platform and expanding its capabilities in one of the country’s most active development markets.

Pennartz joins Troutman Pepper Locke from Holland & Knight and brings significant experience advising developers, investors, and lenders on complex real estate transactions. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of deals, including the origination and restructuring of acquisition and construction loans, mezzanine financing, private debt and equity placements, and the structuring of joint ventures and other investment vehicles.
