The M&A Advisor Recognizes Three Troutman Pepper Deals with M&A Advisor Awards

NEW YORK – The M&A Advisor has awarded three 2024 deals involving Troutman Pepper with awards – Consumer Staples Deal of the Year (Under $100MM), Professional Services Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM), and Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($75MM to $100MM) – at the 23^rdAnnual M&A Advisor Awards.

The 23rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala, held on November 19, celebrated the professionals whose work has set a remarkable standard for excellence in dealmaking. This year, more than 350 nominees from over 500 companies were selected as finalists, showcasing the breadth and quality of talent across the industry.

Consumer Staples Deal of the Year (Under $100MM)

The Consumers Staples Deal of the Year (Under $100MM) recognized the sale of Kosmos Q to L2 Capital. Troutman Pepper’s Don Readlinger, Bruce K. Fenton, Hannah Offerle, Tricia McNeill and Kayla Weldon advised L2 Capital in the transaction.

Professional Services Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)

The Professional Services Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM) where Troutman Pepper represented Southfield Capital in its investment in Business Development Resources. The multidisciplinary Troutman Pepper team advising Southfield Capital included Nick Stawasz, Matt Greenberg, Taylor Bartholomew, Reid Oetting, Monica Vu, Mike Swallow, Joe Cataldo, Howard Goldberg, Tricia McNeill, and Brad Boericke.

Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($75MM to $100MM)

Troutman Pepper represented HMP Global in its acquisition of Neuroscience Education Institute. The multioffice Troutman Pepper team advising HMP Global was led by Matt Greenberg and Brandon Raphael, and included Raffaele Cicala, Laura Kleinberg, and Monica Vu.
