The Stamford, Connecticut Jewish Community Center Honors Troutman Pepper’s Bennet Moskowitz with Emerging Leader Award

NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper Business Litigation Partner Bennet Moskowitz has received an Emerging Leader Award from the Stamford, Connecticut Jewish Community Center (Stamford JCC) for lending his professional experience to help guide the center throughout the last several years.

Founded on and guided by Jewish heritage, culture and traditions, the Stamford JCC aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and nurturing community for all people to help enrich their lives. The organization provides educational, recreational, and cultural programs that bring people of different backgrounds together through all stages of life.

Moskowitz has been an active member of the Stamford JCC since 2013 and a member of the Board since 2018. He has served on both the Nominating Committee and Governance Committee. Currently a director at large, Moskowitz served as Board Counsel for several years and was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and opening for the JCC’s Sarah Walker Nursery School at its current, on-site location. He has also assisted the community center with both legal and non-legal matters, including employment and general corporate issues.

At Troutman Pepper, Moskowitz’s practice focuses on litigation involving contract law, business torts, judgment enforcement, intellectual property, and creditors’ rights, among other areas. He represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the country, in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.

Moskowitz will be recognized at the Stamford Jewish Community Center Annual Gala on September 8.
