Three Troutman Pepper Partners Recognized as Rising Stars by Law360

ATLANTA/LOS ANGELES – Three Troutman Pepper partners including Luke Eaton, Vaughn Morrison, and Eric Rumanek have received 2021 Law360 Rising Star awards, which recognize attorneys under 40 who are “practicing at a level usually seen from veteran attorneys.” Editors combed through 1,400 submissions before selecting winners based on career accomplishments in their respective disciplines.

Partner Luke Eaton is recognized in the construction category for his work on high-profile construction projects across the country. He focuses his practice on complex construction and business disputes, as well as commercial collections, representing clients in both litigation and arbitration, throughout the United States. He also advises his clients in contract drafting, contract review and contract administration, which assistance is critical to avoiding disputes before they reach the litigation or arbitration stage.

Partner Vaughn Morrison is recognized in the project finance category for his work on large project finance matters in the renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure space. He represents financing parties, utility companies and sponsors in the development, construction, financing, and operational management of, primarily, renewable energy projects. Having guided many projects through their life cycle, he offers clients uncommon foresight and acumen.

Partner Eric Rumanek is recognized in the product liability category for serving as national, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and regional counsel for global pharmaceutical and medical device companies in drug and device litigation, including one of the largest mass torts in history and an MDL involving thousands of plaintiffs. He advises life sciences companies of all sizes in litigation matters as well as helping companies ensure regulatory compliance and avoid litigation altogether.
